Session Pricing & Packages

I strive to provide affordable ways for my clients to have their best portraits from their session.

All photo sessions include the following:

  • 1 hour on location Photo Session (with an option to add another hour)

  • Preview gallery with a minimum of 30 images

  • Digital images with print rights up to an 8x10 size (the number of images depends on your package choice - see below.)

  • Print credit included in every package for high quality professional prints to display in your home.

Please note:

  • A $200 retainer fee is paid up front to hold your Session date and time. The balance of session fee is to be paid on the day of the Session.

  • Locations outside of the 25 mile radius of the photographer’s home require a $75 travel fee to be paid prior to the Session.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are guaranteed when retainer fee is received by Photographer with a signed contract.

  • VA Sales Tax will be added to all session packages.

  • Return Clients receive additional Print Credits!

This session package includes the following:

  • All Digital Images from your Gallery

  • 4x6 Print of all your Gallery Images

  • $400 Print or Canvas Credit

THE CLIENT JOURNEY

  • Inquiry Form

    So you like what you see on my website but have a few questions or you’re ready to book your date? Complete the short form here to get in touch with me to answer questions and/or schedule your date.

  • Let's Chat

    After I receive your inquiry form we will arrange a call where I'll guide you through the entire process from start to finish and you'll be able to ask all the questions you have about working with me.

  • Sign the Contract

    Once all the details are set, I’ll have you sign the contract and pay the retainer fee. The retainer fee goes toward the price of your session, it is not an additional amount.

  • Session Prep

    Use the time before your scheduled session to pull together your and/or your families outfits. Please reach out if you need any help from me in the process. Don't leave things for the last minute.

  • Session Day

    The big day is here! Let’s have some fun! Make sure you plan enough time to get to our session location. You will want to feel relaxed when you arrive so that you enjoy our time together.

  • Gallery Delivery

    After our session together it will be about 3 weeks until your full gallery will be presented to you. At this time you will select your favorite images and prints!
